Your Privacy and Becc Sahasrara (collectively and individually referred to as “Becc Sahasrara”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

All of our real-time credit card authorisations are handled by secure third party gateway providers and these are secured by the highest level of security. The following measures are taken to protect your data:

  •  Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  •  Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by us or any outside party.
  •  All transaction data is encrypted for storage within our third party gateway suppliers bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

  •  Our third party gateway provider will at no time touch your funds, all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by us.

Rescheduling

Private Mentorship

It is understood that rescheduling of session can be needed from time to time. Easy rescheduling can be done via the link you will have received in your appointment confirmation email. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given for rescheduling of any individual session to be offered.

When you purchase and schedule a session/s, you agree to meet at a certain time and date. This agreement is expected to be enacted. For all scheduled private sessions, Becc Sahasrara is unable to wait more than fifteen minutes past your scheduled session start time, and the session will still end at the scheduled end time. if you are more than fifteen minutes late for your scheduled session, the session will be considered cancelled and rescheduling of the session cannot be offered.

Group Mentorship & Classes

As Group Mentorship and Classes are attended by multiple people, should you miss a class or session, individual rescheduling of the class or session is simply not possible.

Cancellation of Ongoing Private or Group Mentorship

How this affects Your Subscription or Multi Payments

Subscription or Multi Payments for ongoing services of Private or Group Mentorship are a legally binding agreement. If you are on such a subscription or multi payment and you decide to cancel and no longer participate in your Mentorship or product, you will still pay the total amount in full via the original agreed upon methods and timeline.

Postponement or Termination of Services and Communications

At times Becc Sahasrara may need to reschedule, postpone, cancel or terminate services/sessions and/or communications. In such cases, as much notice as possible will be given to the client/consumer.

If at any time Becc Sahasrara through sole discretion, determines that your needs are beyond the scope of services offered, Becc Sahasrara reserves the right to recommend additional support and/or terminate sessions. In such cases as much resource and/or referral will be provided where reasonably possible.

Your Contact Information and Liability

If any of your contact information, or other given or requested information is given incorrectly by you (e.g. spelling mistakes, giving the wrong username or email address) Becc Sahasrara is not liable for any consequences of these actions (such as missing or not receiving your service/session). Should this happen, the policies, disclaimers, terms and conditions communicated on this page still apply in full. You can update your contact information, or any of the requested information for your service/session, via the link received in your appointment confirmation email. Please make any such necessary changes as soon as possible.
